We provide custom software development, website design, mobile applications, and branding solutions. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in a written agreement or proposal.

2. Use of Our Services

• You agree to provide accurate information and cooperate with us during the course of a project.
• You may not misuse our services for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe the rights of others.

3. Fees and Payments

• Project fees are agreed upon in writing prior to commencement.
• Invoices are payable according to the schedule stated in the contract.
• We reserve the right to suspend work for overdue payments.

4. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We retain the right to display completed work for promotional purposes.
• Third-party software, frameworks, or assets remain governed by their respective licenses.

5. Revisions and Scope Changes

Project scope will be defined in the initial agreement. Additional requests or revisions outside of scope may result in extra fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is.” While we strive for quality, we cannot guarantee error-free or uninterrupted performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Fees for completed work and expenses incurred remain payable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Kenya, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
